From Stromness Ferry​

Turn Right (SW) on to Ferry Road

At the roundabout go straight ahead (this is the 2nd exit) taking the A965. 

After 0.4miles – turn right, into the drive of a two storied farm house.

A sign on the verge says "Burnside Farm"

From St. Margaret's Hope

​Follow signs for Kirkwall and then follow the directions from Kirkwall, opposite.

From the airport

Leaving the airport, turn right and follow the A960 to Kirkwall

*Turn Left on to the Clay Loan at 2.9 miles
Turn Right on to Junction Road, A965
Go through 1 roundabout
At the next roundabout take 1st exit left onto A965. Travel 13.8 miles

You will find Burnside Farm on the left at the “Welcome to Stromness” signs and a 40mph sign


Turn left to the two storied farm house.​
